I cannot begin to stress to you how amazing of a relator Brian is! I was going through a divorce with an ex that refused to sell, or leave the house a whole YEAR after the divorce was final. Brian became my court appointed real estate commissioner. He guided me through the process of taking position of the home, and helped me navigate the substantial damage my ex had caused. He had contacts to help with necessary repairs. He went above and beyond even installing a garage window for me to stop the HOA fines monthly. He spend a few hours with me running the numbers and advised me of my best course of action. We sold quickly, at an optimal amount, allowing me to move on with my life. When trying to find a real estate agent I went to the internet and found some very "cool" comments about Brian, and then said to myself, why not give this guy a try! He helps with things n' stuff unrelated to buying and selling and this for me is over the top with service. He worked with me on selling and buying. He also stuck with me when I was full of indecisions, regarding what to do - this amounted to months.
